How can I book a set?

You can book a set through our website, WhatsApp, Telegram, or by contacting us by phone at +971 58 586 4805.

How can I pay?

We accept payments in cash, by credit/debit card, via a payment link, and through online payment on the website.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time to have enough time for boarding and to complete the safety briefing.

Are there any age restrictions?

We accept children from 6 years old. Parental consent is required for children under 18.

What is the maximum number of guests on the boat?

The maximum number of guests on the boat is 6. This is due to safety requirements and the need to ensure high-quality waves for riding.

Do you offer discounts or memberships?

Yes, we offer packages for multiple sets and special deals for regular customers. Please contact us for more details.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Yes, cancellations or rescheduling are possible. Please review our cancellation policy:

Full refund if canceled at least 48 hours before departure.

50% of the total cost will be retained if canceled within 48 hours. 100% of the total cost will be retained if canceled within 24 hours or less. What if the weather is bad? In case of adverse weather conditions, we will offer to reschedule your booking for another time or cancel it.

Is it necessary to know how to swim?

It is not required, but it is recommended. All participants must wear a life jacket.

Do you have showers and changing rooms?

Yes, there are comfortable changing rooms and showers at D-Marin, Marasi Bay Marina.

Do you have parking?

Yes, we have free parking available for our customers.

Do you provide equipment?

Yes, we provide all necessary equipment: boards, life jackets, helmets, and more. If you have your own equipment, you are welcome to use it at our location.

Can I bring alcohol with me?

Sorry, smoking and alcohol consumption are not allowed on the boats.

What should I wear and bring for wakesurfing?

It is recommended to bring sunscreen and wear a swimsuit and sunglasses. Towels and water will be kindly provided on board.
