Cancellation and Refund Policy of LETS WAKE WATERSPORTS RENTAL L.L.C.

Company’s Right to Cancel the Booking

LETS WAKE WATERSPORTS RENTAL L.L.C. reserves the right to cancel any booking made. In case of cancellation, the company is not responsible for any inconvenience. The paid funds will be fully refunded to the customer.

Conditions for Cancellation by the Customer Cancellation is possible only for the following reasons:

• unfavorable weather conditions; technical malfunctions of the equipment;
• necessity to comply with legal requirements, including coast guard restrictions.

If the booking is cancelled no later than 48 hours before the scheduled departure, the paid funds will be fully refunded.

If the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the departure, 50% of the total cost will be retained. If the booking is cancelled within 24 hours or less, 100% of the total cost will be retained.

Customer’s Right to Cancel Without Retention of Fees

The customer has the right to cancel the booking without retention of fees if:

• the booking is cancelled no later than 48 hours before the scheduled departure, with a full refund of the paid funds;
• the weather conditions are deemed unsafe; the coast guard issues an official warning;

LETS WAKE WATERSPORTS RENTAL L.L.C. fails to meet the terms of the charter.

General Terms

The cancellation of the booking must be confirmed by the customer before the charter expires. The riding time will be reduced in case of the customer’s delay, but the service cost will remain unchanged.

Payment for unused time is non-refundable.

Crew and Safety

All captains and crew members of the company are qualified professionals. Their instructions are mandatory for compliance.

Anti-social or reckless behavior on board may result in the early termination of the charter without a refund of the payment.

Online Payment Terms and Conditions

 General Provisions

The United Arab Emirates is the country of our permanent registration. The applicable law is the law of the UAE.

We accept Visa and MasterCard payments in UAE dirhams (AED).

Payments and services to clients from countries under OFAC sanctions are not possible.

 Restrictions

Persons under the age of 18 cannot register on the website or make transactions.

The cardholder is required to keep transaction copies and follow the rules established by the company.

Payment Confirmation

After successful payment, the customer will receive a confirmation to the specified email address within 24 hours.

Refund Policy

1. Refunds will be made only using the original payment method. 2. Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy.

Privacy Policy

1. LETS WAKE WATERSPORTS RENTAL L.L.C. guarantees that credit/debit card details and personal information of clients will not be transferred, sold, or rented to third parties.
2. Modern hardware and software solutions are used to protect the information.
3. The company is not responsible for the privacy policies of third-party websites linked on its platform.
