• It is important to note that medical contraindications should be taken into account for safety and comfort while wake surfing.

• If you have any health restrictions or special needs, it is recommended to consult a doctor before starting the session.

• The doctor will assess your condition and provide recommendations to help you avoid potential issues or injuries.

• Additionally, please inform us in advance about any special needs so we can take necessary measures and provide you with a safe and comfortable wake surfing experience.

• All participants must wear life jackets.

• Before starting, each participant must undergo a brief safety briefing on water rules.

• All participants must follow the instructor’s instructions and maintain a safe distance from one another.

• Participants should behave politely and respectfully towards staff and other participants.

• The consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during the session is prohibited.

• Maintain cleanliness and respect for the environment. Ensure that you do not leave trash in the water or on the boat.

• The client is fully responsible for their personal belongings, including but not limited to mobile phones, cash, jewelry, and other valuables on the boat.

• The client acknowledges and agrees that participation in the session involves certain risks and potential injuries.

• The client should assess their physical abilities and fitness level before starting the session.

• The client agrees to follow all safety rules, instructions, and the instructor’s guidelines. The client understands that violating these rules may pose a danger to their own safety and the safety of others.

• The client releases the company from liability for injuries, death, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the session.

• If the client is late, the session time will be shortened, but the cost of the service will remain unchanged.

• Payment for unused time is non-refundable.

• If the booking is canceled no later than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the full amount will be refunded.

• If the booking is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time, 50% of the total cost will be retained.

• If the booking is canceled within 24 hours or less, 100% of the total cost will be retained.

• In case of bad weather conditions, equipment malfunctions, legal requirements, including coast guard restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you in advance and offer alternative dates or a refund.

• Refunds will only be processed using the original payment method.
