In case of cancellation, the company is not responsible for any inconvenience. The paid funds will be fully refunded to the customer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conditions for Cancellation by the Customer <\/strong>Cancellation is possible only for the following reasons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>unfavorable weather conditions; technical malfunctions of the equipment;<\/li>\n<li>necessity to comply with legal requirements, including coast guard restrictions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the booking is cancelled no later than 48 hours before the scheduled departure, the paid funds will be fully refunded.<\/p>\n<p>If the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the departure, 50% of the total cost will be retained. If the booking is cancelled within 24 hours or less, 100% of the total cost will be retained.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Customer&#8217;s Right to Cancel Without Retention of Fees<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The customer has the right to cancel the booking without retention of fees if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the booking is cancelled no later than 48 hours before the scheduled departure, with a full refund of the paid funds;<\/li>\n<li>the weather conditions are deemed unsafe; the coast guard issues an official warning;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>LETS WAKE WATERSPORTS RENTAL L.L.C. fails to meet the terms of the charter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>General Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The cancellation of the booking must be confirmed by the customer before the charter expires. The riding time will be reduced in case of the customer&#8217;s delay, but the service cost will remain unchanged.<\/p>\n<p>Payment for unused time is non-refundable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Crew and Safety<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All captains and crew members of the company are qualified professionals. Their instructions are mandatory for compliance.<\/p>\n<p>Anti-social or reckless behavior on board may result in the early termination of the charter without a refund of the payment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Online Payment Terms and Conditions <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0General Provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The United Arab Emirates is the country of our permanent registration. The applicable law is the law of the UAE.<\/p>\n<p>We accept Visa and MasterCard payments in UAE dirhams (AED).<\/p>\n<p>Payments and services to clients from countries under OFAC sanctions are not possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Restrictions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Persons under the age of 18 cannot register on the website or make transactions.<\/p>\n<p>The cardholder is required to keep transaction copies and follow the rules established by the company.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Payment Confirmation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>After successful payment, the customer will receive a confirmation to the specified email address within 24 hours.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Refund Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Refunds will be made only using the original payment method. 2. Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>LETS WAKE WATERSPORTS RENTAL L.L.C. guarantees that credit\/debit card details and personal information of clients will not be transferred, sold, or rented to third parties.<\/li>\n<li>Modern hardware and software solutions are used to protect the information.<\/li>\n<li>The company is not responsible for the privacy policies of third-party websites linked on its platform.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Miscellaneous<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Policy Changes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The policy may be changed or updated at any time.
